Yeah, I have to think this is the most powerful drug for longevity:

"But she does get an energy boost from seeing the little kids running around on the playground or six-year-olds cycling past her as she pushes her walker to a comfortable park bench."

Thanks for the lovely post Kevin. May I ask about the type of knee surgery Grandma Kay had at 96? Also does she manage any chronic diseases? Asking for myself!

Thanks Jane! She had full-knee replacement. She also manages heart disease with a pacemaker and meds.
