Very well done Kevin. That’s one thing we all boys have in common with our fathers. The love of sports. Great tribute!

Lovely tribute! My dad was also stationed at Travis Air Force Base around the same time. Small world!

Such a beautiful tribute, Kevin You captured the essence of your dad’s legacy so well. Sports was definitely one passion that carried him through life until the very end. He was a very passionate man and had such a curious mind which led him to embark on so many new adventures in his retirement. He was an inspiration and had such great knowledge just about everything. He was lucky to have been so lovingly cared for in his decline. He’ll watch over you with a smile.

Kevin this is beautiful, so many beautiful memories. Thank you for sharing. Uncle Bren was always sharing beautiful stories with Pam and I. I feel so blessed to have gotten the chance to know him. He was such a special man. He had such a kind heart and welcomed us into his world, even though so many years had past. It was like he was always there! He will be missed ❤️🙏 send love to you all.

I would add to what has been said - what a lovely tribute to a fine man and what beautiful memories you have to sustain you. I worked for the Menlo Park Police Department for about 10 years and went to Juvenile Hall many times for meetings and to check in on kids I counseled.
