How did where Grandma Kay live influence her health habits? Reading about the idea to pitch in SF game made me wonder if she grew near or in San Francisco, a city well known for its healthier-than-average living (more walkable, more vegan/vegetarian options, Berkeley’s focus on healthier food initiatives, like tax on sugary soda)?
Grandma Kay is inspiring Kevin, and I loved the video. Keeping active in mind and body seems to be the ticket, as I learned from interviewing my centenarian neighbor recently. Very cool that Grandma Kay has been involved in the longevity study, and thanks for sharing the wisdom.
I love your Grandma Kay stories. Thanks for sharing
Great article. I enjoy the lived insight. So much of what is recommended to maintain health your grandmother is living proof it works!
Thanks so much Mary Ann!

Yes, I would agree a walkable location (parks/neighborhoods) contributed to her longevity. Healthy habits are key wellness details. 😀
Great takeaways here! Thanks Kevin. All the best to your grandmother 😊❤️
Thanks Joan!
